Good morning Francesco,

I´ve been yesterday on the court for the preliminary auction. There was no chance for make na agreement with the PT and Fidelidade the insurance company of PT. However they say they dont close the door for a deal in the future but only after they have the medical avaluation of the injuries you suffered.

They will in the next 5 days aply for the court for you to come to madeira to be present on a medical colegial avaluation so they can say wich % of incapacity you real suffer.

You may have to come to Madeira when that exam is schelud. Its important you to submit to that exam, cause the italian medical report its not so strong in Portugal cause the medical avaluation is not universal in terms of % and rules.

When i have some more news about this matter ill contact you right away.

I will need you to send as fast as possible by post your birth certificate, so i can prove your age at court, wich is important in case we can get a win, so the court can make the calculatiion of the amount to convict the insurance comp.

Ohh and the court also designed the date of 13/03/2012 for the trial, so at least your friend Frederica must come then. However i dont think the jugdment will ocur on this date cause of the more than certain delay of the medical exam that must be done before that date, and usualy that takes some months. We will wait and see what happens.

1) l'accordo nel caso vengano condannati in primo grado glielo preparo io speciale

2) per fortuna che siamo in europa e stiamo facendo del tutto per rimanerci che non tengono conto neanche della carta di identità per verificare la nascita di un cittadino comunitario
