i. Click on start button and type regedit.exe in search bar and hit enter.
ii. Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Spooler
iii. In the right-pane, double-click the DependOnService value
iv. Delete the data present, and then type RPCSS
v. Restart the computer.

C) Start the print spoolers dependency services manually.
i. Click on start and type in services.msc in the search bar and hit enter.
ii. Locate Print spooler service.
iii. Now, right click on it and select properties.
iv. Under dependencies tab, check the dependency services and start those services.
v. Then check if you are able to start the print spooler service
